Charlotte Jackson Head of Information & Guidance at The Pension Advisory Service 

Charlotte joined TPAS as Head of Information and Guidance on 2nd August 2010 from Citizens Advice, where she led on their relationships with key partner organisations across London and the South East regions. As part of this, Charlotte was responsible for the establishment of a number of new bureau services, the development of the London Advice Executive and a range of recession-related partnership initiatives aimed at increasing levels of debt advice and financial capability work amongst target communities. In total, Charlotte spent eight years with the Citizens Advice service, covering a variety of roles from business management consultancy in mergers and restructures across the bureaux network to devising and implementing new projects and initiatives.

Chris King – Dudley Metropolitan Council

Chris King has over twenty years post-qualification experience as a Trading Standards Officer. He currently works at Dudley Trading Standards where he manages a team specialising in investigation of rogue traders and scams.

He has investigated and/or managed numerous criminal investigations into doorstep crime and financial abuse of the vulnerable, resulting in a large number of successful prosecutions. Over the last two years he has managed several landmark prosecutions relating to doorstep crime, high pressure selling to the elderly and vulnerable, and abuse of positions of trust. 

He has recently advised MP`s at Parliament prior to a Commons Back Bench Debate on financial scamming.
