From Fraud Investigation to Court
Midlands Fraud Forum are delighted to have Bond Solon present our first master class of 2021 with the support of Piers Lawson, Managing Director of Bond Solon.
This highly practical and intensive breakfast session will look at various aspects of conducting a fraud investigation and how your investigation can be challenged in court. This will provide you with an invaluable insight into the mind of the “enemy lawyer” and how they will try to undermine the integrity of your investigation.
The session will be run by Rob Gray for which delegates should log on to Teams approximately 15 minutes before at 0915hrs. There will be a main virtual classroom where all delegates will log onto at the outset. During the presentation there is a group task with delegates breaking out into 4 break-out rooms, a new functionality within MS Teams.
