I have a breadth of experience in high-value, complex commercial disputes including civil fraud. I have worked with a broad variety of clients across the private sector including multi-national banking organisations and other global PLCs from a range of industry sectors.

Natalie Quinlivan – Director, Fieldfisher

Dual-qualified litigator (Rep. of Ireland and England and Wales) with an international practice that focuses on complex disputes and corporate investigations.

I have extensive dispute resolution experience with a particular focus on joint venture and shareholder disputes, directors' duties and misfeasance claims, as well as civil fraud, international asset-tracing and enforcement cases.

In addition to my litigation practice, I am a corporate investigations and risk advisory specialist.

Tracey Wright – Partner, Fieldfisher

I specialise in substantial arbitration and High Court commercial disputes often of an international nature. I have advised clients across a diverse range of sectors on claims relating to breaches of contract, warranty claims, partnership disputes, negligence, misrepresentation and fraud. I am experienced in regulator investigations and have advised individuals on their personal liabilities in actual and potential FCA investigations relating to insider trading, bribery and improper conduct.

Vanessa Sisti - U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section, Fraud Prosecutorial Liaison to the United Kingdom, London

Vanessa Sisti is the United States Department of Justice’s Fraud Prosecutorial Liaison to the United Kingdom. In this role she is detailed to both the United Kingdom’s Serious Fraud Office (“SFO”) and the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) where she works to further develop and expand the close collaboration and cooperation between the SFO, FCA, and the US Department of Justice on complex cross-border fraud and corruption cases. Prior to her detail, she was an Assistant Chief in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) Unit of the Fraud Section where she supervised and handled over fifty corporate and individual FCPA investigations. While in the FCPA Unit, she resolved corporate cases resulting in more than $4 billion in global monetary sanctions, and she secured charges against fourteen individuals, including nine guilty pleas, a $1.2 billion forfeiture award, and a trial conviction on FCPA charges. Vanessa is a Certified Public Accountant and she also earned a Master of Science from the University of Oxford where she studied as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar.

Dr Sarah Gordon is co-founder and CEO of Satarla sustainability and risk management.  She is also co-founder of the not-for-profit Responsible Raw Materials and production company Critical Productions.  Having started her career as an exploration geologist before moving into risk management and sustainability, Sarah has always been passionate about ensuring that we make sustainability a reality.

Sarah was delighted to represent The Geological Society at COP26 and be a member of the UK Government Expert Committee on Raw Materials.  She is also a Trustee of Geology for Global Development, Women in Mining UK, is an Industry Advisor to iCRAG, and lectures at Imperial College London.
