Joanna Ingle, Specialist Prosecutor at SEOCID

I am a Specialist Prosecutor at SEOCID. After leaving university in 1999 I worked as a paralegal in a High Street firm during which I cross-qualified from barrister to solicitor in 2003, working in criminal defence for 8 years before joining the Crown Prosecution Service in 2007. My early years at CPS were spent in the Magistrates Court but I also had a general crown court practice. In 2015 I began to work with the Northwest Complex Casework Unit which exposed me to some of the most complex cases in area, and I have been a Specialist Prosecutor with serious economic organised crime and international directorate since 2020.
