The fourth annual Privacy and Security Enforcement Tracker reviews the key regulatory enforcement cases in the UK and provide a synopsis of key privacy issues and trends for 34 other countries. The UK report contains details of every enforcement imposed by the ICO during 2017 (whist the Data Protection Act 1998 was still in force). There were 91 enforcements in total.
