Andrew Herring, Partner, Pinsent Masons LLP
Andrew specialises in commercial litigation and fraud related investigations and leads the development of the firm's regional commercial fraud and asset recovery practice. He is an accredited mediator and a Vice-Chair of the Midlands Fraud Forum. Andrew is listed as a 'notable practitioner' in commercial litigation in the latest edition of Chambers & Partners.
Andrew has advised on a wide range of commercial disputes. He is experienced in the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution procedures such as mediation, as well as experience of representing both private and public sector clients in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court and urgent injunctive proceedings. Andrew has a particular interest in the use of electronic disclosure and IT forensics to assist the case analysis, investigation and efficient management of claims.
Matt McDonald, Senior Associate, Pinsent Masons LLP
Matt has worked in the Employment team at Pinsent Masons since he qualified in 2009. He advises on all aspects of contentious and non‑contentious employment law to a wide variety of clients, but particularly those in the manufacturing sector in which he specialises.
Matt has particular expertise in employment–related high court litigation work and regularly advises clients and individuals on breaches of confidentiality and the enforcement of restrictive covenants.
Raj Atwal, Cyber Security Manager, KPMG LLP
Raj is a multiple certified Security, Governance, Risk, Compliance and Audit professional with 25 years’ experience of Information Technology and Management. Raj specialises in providing: IT Governance, Information Security and Assurance. He has in-depth knowledge of the information security industry gained through 19 years of working in the field. Raj is the Certification Manager for KPMG’s UK ISO Certification Practice and specialises in ISO27001 Information Security Management Systems. He has worked in several different market sectors with both local and global clients.
