The debate will be chaired by James Morgan QC (Civil law expert) from St Philips Chambers and the topic of “Should we incentivise whistleblowers?” will be discussed by a panel of experts including:
1. Rebecca Harding, Saltwhistle - previously a Trustee for a national charity who was involved in making a public stand and whistleblowing
2. Georgina Halford-Hall, Chief Executive Officer at WhistleblowersUK - Not-for-profit organisation supporting whistleblowers everywhere. Secretariat to APPG Whistleblowing
3. Mary Inman, Partner, Constantine Cannon - who has vast experience of the American approach to whistleblowing including having advised many whistleblowers under the American whistleblower reward programs
4. Julie Bruce, Director, KPMG LLP – has over 20 years’ experience leading and coordinating large, independent investigations including whistleblowing engagements in the UK and overseas
